Before we started the Umbrella Beach project, we had one vision in mind: to create the most attractive destination for families, young demographics, business people, and investors on the east coast of UAE.
Construction
The Umbrella Beach complex broke ground in February 2020 and is on track to be completed by September 2021. The development will contain 15 storefronts ranging from 40-300 SQ.M.
In addition to commercial opportunities for eateries and retail locations, UBP will also develop outdoor recreational spaces for children and adults.
Mission
Umbrella Beach is on track to be the number one destination for families and younger demographics in the east coast region of Fujairah with the ability to receive no less than 10,000 people daily.
The complex is anticipated to draw crowds from Fujairah, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, and Dibba.

Combining the advantages of a prime location and fast-paced businesses geared at attracting families and young demographics in the Emirate of Fujairah, Umbrella Beach is set to become a major commercial landmark on the UAE's East Coast.
